this made me stronger

I will say that today was one of the hardest days of my life. but you know what? I’m kinda glad it happened. It showed me that I’m blessed, something I’ve never thought of before. I had an arguement with my boyfriend this morning, I decided to leave his house & walk to my friends & he didn’t stop me. we are both hard headed. I ended out walking for an hour & getting lost, my phone was dead. well, I was probably another hour of walking from my friends house when an older gentleman offered me a ride. come to find out, he teaches my grandma’s Sunday school at Arbor Baptist. He took me to my friends where her parents welcomed me into their house, even though they didn’t have to. they made me breakfast, let me charge my phone & called their daughter to tell her I was there. She came home just to drive me back to Chesterfield to get my car. If it wasn’t for these people I would of been stranded.
I know that this really isn’t anyone’s business, but I just wanted to let everyone know that even if you don’t realize it, someone’s watching over you & you’re gonna get through the tough times. I also want to say, that this is not all John’s fault nor do I personally blame him for all of it, because I made the decision to leave and walk rather than fight with him… but right now, I don’t know about us. He has apologized, and actually meant it. I don’t ever hold a grudge but this could take some time.
